EXALTD CO., Ltd. ("Us", "We", or "Our Company") operates the https://www.drumtunepro.com/ website and the Drumtune PRO (Drum Tuner app for iOS/Android) mobile application.

This Data Deletion Instructions page explains how EXALTD CO., Ltd. (Our Company or We) can be requested to delete the Data we collect from you when you use our website or apps.

Our primary goal in collecting personal information and usage data is to allow you to log in into your app account, and to track bugs and issues to provide you with a friendly, customized, and efficient experience.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data deletion rights. EXALTD CO., Ltd. aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to delete your Data.

• The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Our Company erases your personal data, under certain conditions. 

How to ask us to remove your data?

If you want your data to be removed from our systems, please contact us at support@drumtunepro.com with the request to delete your account, and leave us the email-address/FB-profile used to sign in to your app account, + your user ID, together with the GPA-code of your app purchase, or trial license.

This way, we'll be able to verify the legitimacy of the request.

Once verified, we will delete your app account, its stored info, and its login credentials from our systems.

We will let you know when it's done on the same email address you wrote us from.

Please note that your app account will not be accessible anymore after deletion, and that all your stored tuning presets will be permanently removed in the process, beyond recovery.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

In case of any issue or delay, please feel free to inform us about it.

What happens to my app license?

If you own a valid license to the app, it will still be valid after the process and you can create a new user account at any time to keep on using the app, within the validity period of your app-license.

Changes to our Data Deletion Instructions and/or Policy

Our Company keeps its Data Deletion Instructions and its policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page.

We may update this page from time to time. Our company reserves the sole right to update our Data Deletion Instructions and its policy when we deem required to do so.

We will update the "effective date" at the top of this Data Deletion Instructions page.

We will not inform you about any updates. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this Data Deletion Instructions and its policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

By using our apps and or websites or other services, after the effective date of the most recent Data Deletion Instructions you explicitly agree with the content of the most recent Data Deletion Instructions in place.
